The Purpose of this website is to inform the readers of this page about the formation, key features, divisions/cause of conflict, common themes and evidence of dialogue between both Roman Catholics and Greek Orthodox. Each page provides the reader with an in depth analysis of the set question seen at the top, through the use and promotion of Ecumenical Dialogue and Unity which aims to promote unity amongst all of the Churches in the World.

Part 1
Part 1 presents us with information on the formation and key features of the Roman Catholic Church. It states the formation of the Roman Church originates from the bible Passage, Matthew 16 Jesus elects Simon Peter as Pope and provides him with the keys of heaven and rock on which his church is to be built. It also informs us on some of the key features of the Roman Catholic Church being the 7 Sacred Sacraments as well as the Bible.

Much like Part 1, Part 2 presents us with information on the formation and Key features of the Greek Orthodox Church. It tells us of how and why the Greek Orthodox Church split as well as informing us about the Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed, Holy Trinity and the 12 Apostles which are Key features of the Orthodox Church.
